Reasonable cases may include:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items received

• Major printing/manufacturing defects

• Lost packages (depending on shipping method)

Non-Returnable Items


The following are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Change of mind purchases

• Minor color differences caused by screen displays

• Slight handmade production variations

• Orders delayed by postal services or customs


For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by CutePeachCo.


• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.


• Untracked international shipping is chosen at the customer’s own risk. CutePeachCo cannot guarantee compensation for lost untracked mail.


• Once a package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or courier issues are outside of my control.
